DESCRIPTION: 090921--LILBURN-- Gwinnett Police officers and Sheriffs Department deputies block the bridge across the Yellow River on Killian Hill Road Monday morning. The normally placid Yellow River was turned into a raging flood that overflowed its banks during torrential rains late Sunday night.
